Poor experience with this post office. The employees at the post office are nice. This is a concern about mail delivery. We have a community mailbox and in one instance, the mail person will stuff the mailbox with a package and I am unable to get it out. I had to notify the Post Office to remove it. And today, I get a notice that my Amazon package was delivered to my mailbox. There was nothing in it. I tried to call the local post office and that is a joke. Finally called customer service and they wanted me to wait 45 minutes until I could get a representative. I am absolutely livid with this service.

Mail never reaching destination when handed directly to postman. Not collecting outgoing mail....and just put the red flag down. Packages stuffed in mailbox...had to get a knife to cut open package inside mailbox to get out. Delivering previous owners mail after change of address. Not collecting UTF mail by previous owner. Receiving neighbors mail.

This post office is horrible. I accidentally put in the wrong ZIP Code. I meant to put Grandy, but apparently I put moyock as the zip so when I called I asked if she could hold it because I could not get it that day and she told me no they can’t. She was supposed to fix the address and it got sent back to Richmond And she said from Richmond, it’ll go to Grandy post office. Well it went back to moyock for the second time. She did not fix the address like she told me she would so they sent it back and yesterday when I checked the tracking it was back at moyock but shipped it back to Richmond the same day. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME !!!! I requested they call me and my phone was on the package. They SUCK! I will be filing a formal complaint. I understand why their reviews ARE GARBAGE!

I received notification from USPS on a ETSY webpage on 28 September that a gift had been delivered at 6:30pm on the front porch. Unfortunately it was delivered on 29 September.

Mail delivered to the wrong address.
Mail delivered at inconsistent times throughout day.
Priority mail never arrived, yet entered in tracking as delivered. Call to ask about it a week later, and it suddenly appears!?!?

Joke of a post office. Honestly not even sure how this place is supported by our tax dollars, and we’re looking for ways to open an OIG inquiry against them for falsifying documents.

My mail carrier is unprofessional. I have packages delivered to my address that are too big for the mailbox and shoved in the mailbox with it hanging out of the mailbox ready to fall out. I spoke to the supervisor on 01/16/23. The supervisor said it will be brought up in their meeting. I am expecting another package for my granddaughter. On 01/16/23 I checked my USPS tracking number, and it said that at 6:00 p.m. that there is no access to the delivery location. I have no problems with other delivery services dropping off my packages at my door. I never received a slip that I had a package at the post office. I found out about it through the usps tracking number. I went to the post office on 01/17/23 to speak with the supervisor again. The postal clerk said that the supervisor told the clerk she was too busy to come up front to speak to me. I have yet to receive my package. This has been an ongoing problem since before Christmas. I let it go. But it is still a problem and there has been no resolution to the problem. I often have other people's mail in my mailbox. My mailbox has been left open with mail in it. I hope that none of my mail has ended up in someone else's box. This continues to be a serious problem and I want it resolved!

Can't get through to the local number. Our mail person is constantly putting mail in the wrong boxes in our neighborhood. Yesterday I had a key to receive a package and opened the box only to have 2 other people's packages but not mine. It's been a pain trying to contact them and figure out where my package is.

Hours of operation are for 1950’s non working folks. 9-430Can’t pick up anything there without taking time off from work! Come on get with the times and customer service : Sat hours would be nice 9-12

I live in a roundabout, the house to my left and right both get packages delivered, unfortunately my house is .51 miles from the mail boxes, which means I have to go to the post office each time a package is delivered…. I could understand if it was a one way, or If i was super disconnected… We’re in a roundabout, I’ve watch their trucks drive by, pretty ridiculous.
