I can't tell you how much my husband and I appreciated working with this wonderful family owned business. They helped us get into our dream home after nearly loosing out because of another company that was horrible to us!! We can't thank Brown's enough for their efforts in set up as well as any needed minor improvements once our home was placed and settled!! I highly recommend Brown's!!

Let me start out by saying this is my first review I’ve ever done. This place deserves recognition for all they have done for us. We were actually going through Clayton homes in Newport News at the time, on a whim we drove down to Brown’s and it was the best decision we ever made. We then decided that day we we’re going to go through Brown’s. We walked in were immediately greeted by the most down to earth people I’ve met. We went around and looked, found a few we were interested in met with Nate, who answered all our questions. This whole process he has been amazing, communication has been beyond what we’ve ever expected. He has been on top of everything. Every single person at this business has been professional, amazing, and honestly the best place to go looking for your forever home. We made a purchase through them, and they have been working so hard ever since to get everything done. We’ve had a few hiccups no fault of theirs, just the county we live in, and they have handled it thoroughly, and with prompt service. This is a family owned business, they make you feel like you matter and want you to be happy with such a huge commitment. They explain everything, these people do not try to hide fees or try to nickel and dime from you. This is a whole different place than Clayton homes. They go well and beyond and even though this has been a stressful process they have made it so much better. They stay on top of everything!!! We’ve had trouble with power company, Nate took the time out to call on his own, trouble with site plan well Nate then again took time out of his day to call. They don’t just make you feel like your on your own or leave everything to you to handle with all those things they are helpful at every turn! So don’t hesitate, if your looking for a home go see them! Mr. Wayne the owner has called and spoke to us several times as well. You won’t be disappointed.

We purchased a home through Brown's modular homes and I will give them a 5 star plus a A++++ rating, from the day we walked into his office until the day we walked into our home, his engagement with us was top notch....perfect home and craftsmanship and build was amazing and the setup and delivery was very professional on all trades. Thank you Mr. Brown for making dreams come true. I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for the best modular home....you really want the best, look no further and call Mr. Brown.
