You need to double check things after making drive thru deposits. I have been to drive thru on 3 different occasions and gave them a check and account number to deposit it and and they STILL put it in the wrong account?!? Why?? I’ve given you what you need and you still screw it up?! And ordering checks same thing!! They will screw that up in a heart beat! Ugh

I feel that there is a real sense of care and concern @ this location! Led by the manager and her support staff (Dell, Misty, Rae, Stephanie, Kerri, Travis and etc). Their employment of the training skills developed by NCSECU coupled with Dell's monitoring makes visiting this site a pleasure. Firstly, it is an attractive site from the outside. Secondly, it's very bright and clean inside. Thirdly, once signed in your concerns are addressed by a caring staff. I had my home financed thru this branch and when my friend came from NY, I had another employee research and find that his wife's brother was a member and now they are members financing a $250K home. When you feel that way and they treat you in a personal/professional manner "You bring your friends"!!!!!!!!!!!
