Honestly I am just so thankful to the post office worker who was able to help me get our passports straight. Not only did she help me after passport hours but she also caught a mistake on the application! Thank you!

Worst post office I've ever had. If they don't feel like getting out of the car to deliver something, they just don't and hold your items at the post office; I have attempted to schedule/request redelivery on 3 separate occasions and they never did it. I'm disabled with no car in a town with no public transit or options to get there to pick things up.
They also don't EVER answer their phone.
Extremely unprofessional shady office.

The worst ever. I can understand that I do have dogs. However I have told them on numerous occassions I work from home and I make sure the dogs are up. Even if they are not I am home you can come in the yard blow the horn and I will come and get my package. They refuse and will not bring my packages to the house. I needed an important package for work it was a Friday I couldn't get there and I didnt have what I needed for my meeting for Monday since no one is there on the weekends. No in between no compromise at all just poor customer service. Since USPS is on their side because of their dog policy I am just out of luck. I have to send someone or run up to the post office myself if I can get away from work. The carrier for my road is rude and very unprofessional. Just the worst!

They have lost or delivered to the wrong address three of my valuable packages within the last 2 months.
