Called as a first time customer. Asking about having propane installed on a home I just purchased. We need it for the generator we want to install. Customer service rep tells me no one will come out for a site visit and give me an estimate until I have my new generator installed. I live on top of a mountain and want to make sure I can get propane prior to spending 10k on a generator. She said, well that’s not how we do business. Really? I even offered to pay for the visit. She said no sorry. I don’t get it.

I call I got hung up. When they do respond I never get gas. They are based outside the usa and good luck getting gas from india! I want my local number.....!!! NOT INDIA!!!!! TOTALLY STUPID! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THATS IN YOUR TOWN...... IM GETTING SICK OF OVER SEA JOBS......!! THEY NEVER DO THERE JOB EVER. THEY LEFT ME OVER 5 TIMES IN THE PAST 2 YEARS WITHOUT GAS.... MURPHY MY TOWN NEVER HEARD OF ME....... IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TALKING TO INDIA!!!!! SICKINING!!!!

Hopefully my review will change when I actually get service. I was told my tanks would be delivered today between 9-10....its now 11:20. I was on hold 2x for a period of 15 min each. People are much more forgiving if they are informed. I left freeman gas because amerigas promised prompt and earlier delivery.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. After waiting all day I get a text that my service has been completed...Really?
Called, again on hold for over 15 min, and told they would look into it and call me right back. Nope, an EMAIL, not a phone call, apologizing for any inconvenience and someone will contact me to reschedule.
RUN don't walk away from this company. Especially if "the owner" replies to these reviews stating his customer service department will be in touch. Sir, get familiar with your customer service and read all your awful reviews (shame on me I should have done that first!)
Ok final, I canceled them completely. Freeman gas ANSWERS the phone by 3rd ring. You speak to a person in the office that knows what's going on. There are choices out there, read reviews!!!
