“Update: they do good business and has gone through the steps the make things right and I'm confident in returning for repairs. I want to reiterate how fast they got my car in (despite being clearly busy) and the fact my A/C has never worked better!
Old review: I was initially very satisfied with the care, the mechanics took the car even though they were booked up. They gave us an estimate and told us it'd be ready the end of the week. Monday rolls around and when we called to get an update we were told that it was ready the Friday before and the invoice is going to be an extra $400 due to other repairs we did not approve nor notified off. So Yes I feel scammed. The A/C is fixed and works better than it did before, but overall very unhappy with the lack of communication”
“I convinced myself with google searches what was wrong with my truck, even told these guys, then expected a high estimate/bill. They did their due diligence and found the problem was minor. I can’t stress enough how refreshing it is to have a trust worthy and knowledgeable shop in the area.”

“We were on vacation in the Murphy N.C. area and developed rear brake problems. Searched online for brake repair shops and chose to call Brian because of all the great reviews he had and to see if he could work us in the same day, said he was busy with appointments but would try. Three hours later he called us and said our car was ready for pickup. Complete rear brake job with rotors and pads for a very fair price. Brian White is honest and a great man and can't thank him enough for taking the time to get our car repaired in such a timely manner and helping us out. Would recommend Brian to anyone who needs work done. Thanks again for doing that for us on basically a walk-in.”
“We were vacationing from Florida. Car computer said low tire pressure. Pulled in and was waited on immediately. Fixed our tire and we were on our way. Cost was minimal. Very friendly and professional. Could not have been happier. Friendly dog that loves a scratch too.”

“Thank GOD for Mark Farmer. We limped into town with a transmission that was not working. I called Mr. Farmer late in the day last Monday to inquire about getting our Suburban in the next day. We had planned to leave on Thursday to head back home to New England. He had us come in at 8. He and one of his mechanics test drove it and said yes, the tranny needed to be replaced. We told him to go ahead and do it. He was kind enough to drive us back to Harrah's where we were staying, and said that we should probably try to get an additional night and he could have us going by Friday. I booked the extra night. Mr. Farmer called me a few times over the next few days with updates...other things that were needing fixed or else we would have trouble getting home. We OK'd all the additional work. I have NEVER had a mechanic call with updates before. True to his word, it was done by Thursday evening. He picked us up on Friday morning in the truck so that we could load our baggage and not have to go back to Harrah's to get it. He is truly an 'old school' tradesman. Kind, understanding, honest, helpful and a damn good mechanic. We got home yesterday in a bad snowstorm from NJ to our home on Cape Cod. If he hadn't found the additional issues, we would've broken down for sure. Thank you so much Mr. Farmer. We will never forget you and truly appreciate everything you did to make a stressful situation more bearable!!!”

“I would highly recommend Wells Tire for their prompt, courteous, and fairly priced service. I posted this two years ago after getting my car inspected. Today, they checked my brakes, replaced front rotors, rear brakes were in good shape. In and out in about 2.5 hours. Renewing the 5 stars, great place to go. ANOTHER visit, this time to fix a frozen brake caliper. HONEST eval done, just one caliper needed replaced, no rotors needed replaced and they notices one of my universal joints was hanging by a thread. Had them fix this. Great honest service and pricing. HIGHLY recommend.”

“Being a woman it’s always been a little intimidating to me to go seek mechanic work. But these guys are easy to talk to, and they listen to what you try to tell them. They do there best to work you in especially for little minor jobs that don’t take to long to fix. And they are about as friendly as you can get, great customer service and very reasonably priced. So give them a try next time you find your vehicle needs a little work .”
“Oil change and tire rotation took over 1.5 hrs. Air pressure in tires did not reflect that they were all checked. Still no resolution for air noise when driving above 40 mph except to schedule another appointment and leave the vehicle. Basics appeared to be okay on overall visit.”

“I go here to get my oil changed, they do a good job. Had tires replaced, ordered them on a Wednesday afternoon, they arrived Thursday morning and were installed by 10:30am. Good folks here, super efficient!”
“Great Service. The service guy who did the work actually came out to the desk where I was paying and told me he found nothing wrong, and that my tires and brakes looked good.

Ed is always extremely professional, clearly very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. He explains everything so we know exactly what we are getting.
