My vehicle was in an accident, this shop had it for months repairing the damage. I was understanding and patient while waiting for so long, expecting a job well done due to the amount of time they had it. The quality is below average and the owner doesn't stand behind his work. The driver door panel now has a crack that wasn't there prior, bolts were missing and the body lines do not match. The paint was flaking off in less than a year. It was not aligned properly. I ended up paying another $300 out of my pocket to get it aligned at another shop along with replacing a new tire that was ruined from the shops neglect. Now I am saving money to get the paint job done correctly elsewhere. I took the vehicle back to him first to give the shop the opportunity to do the honest thing but he refused to except any responsibility. He charged my insurance company the maximum amount of money, so he made sure he got paid well. I definitely would not recommend getting service from this place.Services: Tires

The most honest, trustworthy, dependable and honest people to work on your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and professional. You can trust Jason Tony and his guys. They aren’t like allot of other places where you leave with bankrupt pockets and more problems than you walked in****they will take care of you and you can trust in their repairs and ability to help you. Thanks guys for all you do!

Jason Carroll is a man of integrity who exhibited extreme patience while dealing with uncooperative insurance people. He did an amazing job on our car! He is professional, courteous and friendly. Jason's son also took very good care of us also.

First time visit, great guys, wish I knew of this place sooner. Had to have a safety inspection on my motorhome and they did it no questions asked. I've always had problems getting someone to do a safety inspection on my motorhome in murphy. Something so simple,never could understand it , but I will always use Carroll's from now on.
