I use to love to shop at Cato‘s but the last few times I’ve been in in the last year. I have never got greeted , no hello, no can I help you? May we help you find something never even acknowledged I was in the store. Made me feel awlful and out of place. They do horrible clothing for their Mannequins for display. I think the store could use some younger women who can at least crack a smile at you maybe with some up-to-date fashion known how to dress a mannequin for sales Helping someone pick out outfits would be a really good thing too. I’ve walked out three times because of this. I won’t be back Untill y’all can do better than that . Customer service needed badly at this store in Murphy NC

The store has greeters who always invite you in, and if you need help, they are very glad to help. This store is very well stocked and looks great.

Nice place to shop for Ladie's clothing. Limited places to shop in this area. You can also shop online. They have regular and large sizes. It's a small shop but I was able to find many pieces I liked and ordered a few more online.

Had a great experience at the Murphy store sales person was very helpful . If I couldn't find an item in the store, she suggested I could order it to the store. Then try on if for some reason I didn't like it, I could return the item right there and then. Very nice store and reasonable prices.

Went in at 5:45 not realizing they closed at 6pm instead of 8pm. Was never greeted by any of the employees, no "hey there, just a heads up we close in 15 minutes, anything I can help you with". But 2 or 3 girls were back behind the counter laughing having a good ol time. At 5:58 per my phone they started shutting off lights. I had about $200 worth of clothes I wanted to try on, but they were closing, so I couldn't. I just hung them all up on the nearest rack and walked out. Won't be back to this location any time soon.

Was the first time shopping there and I will be going back for sure. Employees were beyond friendly and helpful. The clothes are really nice and the prices on clearance are unbeatable!
