I have tried for over a month to get service from this business and have been told repeatedly that someone would call and set up a visit to measure the glass. No one has ever called, and have not received any call backs from them. When I did ask them to just give me a quote for the glass and offered to give them the size they had to have it emailed to them. I was so frustrated by this time I just hung up the phone and wrote this review. IF you ever get service from these folk consider yourself either very fortunate, or real close to Murphy cause it is evident they don't want to do business where travel is necessary.

Was referred to them to handle a chipped windshield. Upon inspection it wasn't a good candidate for a repair due to the size and location of the chip, so a replacement was ordered. The new one arrived in just a few days and I had an appointment to install it shortly thereafter. Install time was just as I was quoted. Nice job.

This place is pretty much the only place in town when it comes to a really wide array of skills with glass and signage. We stopped in to get our F-150 windshield replaced. We made an appointment ahead of time and then they were able to do the replacement while we waited. There is a lovely coffee shop next door so the wait was very pleasant. Coincidentally, our insurance agent was just across the street. Initially, we were not going to file a claim. But the shop informed us that this does not affect your premium since it is an "act of God." They handled all the paperwork for us and saved a couple of hundred bucks...nice! Had a look around the shop. Their signage is very professional and if you want something unique, a-la-carte so to speak, they are very creative, flexible, capable and reasonable.

Very pleased with Curtis glass. I had a double- paned insulated safety glass panel break. Not having much info on glass companies, I posted on the local face book page if anyone had any suggestions. Received many. When an employee of Curtis reached out to me and said "they could do the job, would I like someone to come give you an estimate ?" I called them and they came right out to give me an estimate. It was very fair (less than I had thought) . The technician was back out in just a few days to do the installation. They were professional and did the job right. Very pleased. Will use them again if need be.
