Phones transfer you to an answering machine that is in A land far,
far away. Then they never answer it. Then charged me 250 to just fill the tank or 400 for 24 hour fill up after they lost the fill request that was placed two weeks earlier do yourself a favor and find a different gas company.

I only recently became a customer, was told they were better then America's, but experience thus fast has been terrible. Spending hours on hold when I was told someone would call me first, and that was after I was told a delivery had been set up but nothing came.

Wow! They are impossible to get ahold of! They say request your refill on line, well the submit doesn’t seem to work! Can’t speak to anyone to find out if the request has gone through.
I also submitted a request for a quote to service a unit. Dead air on that one too.
I am a disabled senior and this is not how I expect a business to be run.
When it was Freeman, I did not have any of these issues.

No one answers the phone, they schedule deliveries and no one shows up - just awful!!!

Terrible customer service. had me on hold for hours. if you wanna go with these people might as well plan a trip to go by their office because they do not answer the phone. And when they finally do the just transfer you and put you back on hold.

This is the most rediculous gas company in Murphy. They do not even have a piping license anymore. If all they do is deliver gas they need to let people know so they don't waste time waiting. Can never get the phones answered either. If they can't do better they need to close up shop.

Been without gas since Sunday talk to different people say I have to have a safety check again but no one has called still without propane, going on the 4th day. Not much for customer service, that's for sure.

I have been a customer since fall 2024.
Every single person I’ve spoken to has been nice, polite and considerate. Every single action has been messed up.
The first time my order was lost and forgotten about. For 10 days until I called. And then it couldn’t be resolved in one phone call it took several.
This last time I went online placed my order put in my credit card got confirmation of pay. 10 days later I called to find out what was going on and I was told that I was COD and that no one had run my credit card.
Someone chose to make me COD without asking if it was a problem to run my credit report which it would not have been.
I saw the amount pending on my credit card and I arrange to get somebody out here and they promptly charged me for the actual filling. They took both payments off of my credit card , Over $500 didn’t even send me an invoice. I just happened to notice this on my credit. So I called and the very nice lady said that she really couldn’t help me because she wasn’t in the correct office. I said how do I contact the correct office. Because well you called the correct number that we can’t get you to the office. She said she’d send a message. So now I have to go down to the office and tell them to give me credit for the payment that was made online.
I like vendors that I don’t have to talk to. Companies that I have to call all the time and get them to do the right thing or get them to do a correct service or not companies I used to deal with. This will be my last purchase from Freeman gas.

Wonderful company with wonderful customer service. Stephanie was extremely helpful and kind, Mike and Keith were amazing as well. My parents were thinking about switching companies until dealing with these 3 individuals yesterday, and they were able to salvage the relationship and keep my parents as happy customers. Mike and Keith came out yesterday to check for a leak, took care of everything, then came back out today and installed new logs for our fireplace. Stephanie was extremely helpful and kind when we went to the shop to look at logs, and we couldn’t have been happier!

We've been a customer of this company since 2018. Never had a problem. Most of the time, they came to fill our tank automatically. Now, we've been waiting for a week for a fill. In the meantime, our tank has run out. Propane is our ONLY source of heat in the house and they were told this. Didn't make a difference to them. Their customer service is nonexistent. I'm shopping around for a new provider.

After 3 days since I requested delivery they still can't give me a delivery date. I am a 10 year customer.
