Hampton Inn Murphy offers a convenient and reasonably priced stay with easy access from the highway and proximity to fast food restaurants and a Walmart. The hotel is fairly new, around six years old, and generally kept clean, though some areas like linens and towels could use improvement. Guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who maintained a positive attitude despite busy or stressful moments. The rooms, while clean, are somewhat dated, with some reports of outdated decor, wobbly toilets, and non-functional outlets. The beds are considered average, with some finding them a bit stiff. Showers differ from typical Hampton standards, but breakfast is generally good, though sometimes sparse, with helpful staff managing the serving areas. Some guests experienced slow drains, worn towels, and issues such as a door coming off the closet and a wobbly toilet, reflecting minor maintenance concerns. Overall, guests found the hotel to be a decent place to stay, especially thanks to its friendly staff and good location, and many would choose to stay again despite the occasional need for improvements.
Just a little dated but not so bad. No smoke smell and the breakfast was delicious. Very clean rooms. Drains in the sink and bathtub were slow to drain. Plus the bed was a little on the stiff side. Overall experience was I'd stay there again. Thank You

Good location with easy access. The hotel was nice and the desk staff were nice. The 3 stars were for the breakfast that wasn't on par with other Hamptons and the towels needed to be discarded. They looked wore out.
