I really don't understand why the black shirt lady named Karen just stands there in the middle of a line of people and walks off with me waiting and the little old lady being the only one ringing people up and the lady asked her to help and her response was something and walked off! I both work and shop here. It’s-a great company all the way around. I love hotspot and the fact that the owners actually appreciate their employees. Been all over the country this is by far the best company to work for and I love their rewards!!! Thank you to the Jordan family for being so humble.
