I've had to take my truck a couple of times and both times I have received great service! Ryan and Casey were able to get me in and out quickly, helped me with my warranty and got me back in my truck in a timely manner. The ladies at the window were also a joy to talk to. Very nice, helpful and informative.

Customer Service is what you get at at VRC.Ryan....I can not say enough good about him he went out of his way to keep me informed on every step of the repairer prosses on my 2008 Chevrolet dually that had an internal electrical issue...They found it and fixed the problem at a reasonable price to boot...

We did the majority of paperwork on-line. The salesman was absolutely wonderful - vehicle was prepped - full tank of fuel and clean. I haven't bought a Chevrolet in over 25 years but will definitely be back!

Drove for an hour and half to buy a Colorado on thier website was 45 thousand get over there they add 10 thousand to all the stickers prices. Very misleading. False advertising some one should report them to the better business people this isn't Florida

I stopped in to Vally River Chevrolet this afternoon after experiencing a problem with a rear shock on my truck. Casey Jones in the service department went above and beyond to help get the problem resolved. The technician was also extremely helpful and the other employees were helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership.

We were on vacation in NC from FL last week when my husband’s Silverado would not shift into park. After calling multiple dealerships within a decent radius from where we were staying, he got a hold of Casey J. (Service Advisor) at VRC. Casey was more than accommodating and got our truck in and repaired the next day. We can’t thank Casey enough for handling this unexpected issue and saving our vacation!

What you guys did for The Humane Society was wonderful and we were very Thankful, we adopted our Snowy there 2 years ago and always love to see people who support them. Plus, we own an '06 Silverado Z-71 Off Road and a '00 Camaro Z-28, wouldn't trade either one.

I scheduled my appointment on the app a week prior. Arrived at my appointment and was told my appointment was not put into the system, but they would work me into the schedule. They had me in and out with in an hour! I believe the guys name was Nick, and he was very nice!

Took truck to get warranty work and instead of finishing it and doing an alignment they decided to work on another vehicle instead. So now I’m waiting days on just an alignment. Not that it’s bad enough it took over a week to replace tie rods and control arms. It was explained it’s a 10 hour job. Should have been done at the latest Monday. Oh and they can’t do rentals or loaners and I’m not going through the warranty place to drive two hours to get one. And it’s a good think I didn’t i would have had to give the rental back Monday . What a joke.

Purchased our “new to us” Chevrolet yesterday.Our Sales Executive, Andrew was very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. Our Finance Manager/Sales Manager, Johnny was the same. After the sale, I had opportunity to speak to Nick in the service department. He was extremely helpful and cordial and resolved a couple of minor issues very very quickly. In addition, I have spoken to Kim, the title administrator, and she is assisting us in expediting the registration process out of state. All these people are exemplary in my opinion ! I have a 30 year background in the automobile business, and I can tell you that buying a car today is extremely difficult and more expensive than it’s ever been. This being the case, it’s extremely important to have a dealership who’s personnel are very straightforward and honest. There are a couple of things that have to be accomplished, yet, but not withstanding some items to be completed, I fully expect to have a totally pleasant experience at the end. Prices on vehicles are higher throughout the US for a multitude of reasons, most of which are not the dealers fault. Extremely limited inventory, chip shortages, and slow delivery, are all beyond the control of the Dealership, and they suffer right along with the American consumer. I look forward to them completing all of the final work to the vehicle. If that goes as I expect, this will be a five star review. It’s really up to the dealership to complete a delivery and any promise to be honored. tI believe their intent is to do just that. I look forward to completing this review, but in the meantime, I must say the initial experience has been a 10 out of 10!

Purchased a vehicle from this company today and I will always be a customer. The new owners go above and beyond for their customers. The first day I had all 4 of my kids and everyone was so nice. I truly appreciate everything this company done for us! Go see Carter Barfield! Thank you so much Valley River we love our new expedition!
