    Husband flew up and forgot the straps to his CPAP machine...told him to call Jay's to see if they had one. They had one but it was in Blairsville, so paid for it over the phone and they brought the straps from Blairsville and met us, so he could pick it up...GREAT SERVICE!!!!

    Incompetent with a snippy attitude best describes this business especially those in their main office who do the insurance paperwork.
