Leasing our truck through King Ford was an absolutely great experience. Todd, our salesman, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The rest of the staff was just as impressive: attentive, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with.

Had warranty transmission work done at King Ford, and I’ve now been without my vehicle for two months. I was told the replacement transmission they received was defective, and Ford is requiring them to remove it and tear it down again. During this time, I asked King Ford if they could provide a loaner or offer any assistance with a rental, but nothing was offered.
It’s disappointing, because the level of care seems to end once the sale is complete. The service experience has not reflected the “royal treatment” they advertise, especially when customers need support the most.

My F150 had an electrical problem that shut my truck down entirely. On a holiday week, Thanksgiving, they fit my truck into their service schedule and completed my service on Friday. Thank you very much.

I was looking for a convertible Mustang GT and found it at King Ford. Eric and Ian made my first purchase of a vehicle in Georgia/ North Carolina EXCELLENT! What a great dealership all around. The Salesmen, the Closing Documents and Delivery are a 10!. If you are looking for a vehicle go see King Ford!

Needed to have King Ford take care of a warranty coolant leak and they were very helpful getting this handled in a timely manner. Austin was excellent to work with and communication was spot on.

Had my vehicle towed in on Tuesday afternoon knowing I really didn't have an appointment until the next week. Wednesday morning I got a call that they found the problem and it would be ready for pick up in the afternoon! And it was cheaper than the original quote!

This is my 5th vehicle from King Ford would not go anywhere else to buy a new car or truck. The team there go above and beyond to make things happen. Their service department is top notch and have always treated me with respect and care!

Had my truck fixed today. Took them several hours to find the broken wire. All is good now. I'd give them 10 stars if I could along with the mechanic who worked on my truck.

It was after hours, I was on vacation and desperate. I couldn't sleep so I decided to read the reviews of four Ford dealers within 50 miles of my hotel. Most of the reviews were for sales but I was in need of service. I selected King Ford, Murphy, based on the reviews and was not disappointed. The Service Manager was careful to explain that they had a full schedule of appointments but that I was welcome to leave my F-150. I checked in with Service Advisor Shane and he quickly understood that I was stranded out of town and burning up my precious vacation time. Shane came through with flying colors and a repaired F-150 before the end of the day. Thanks, King Ford!
