I almost took a star off because they told us that we would have to wait 2 hours for them to fix the recalls and do the oil change on our telluride. They only took an hour and a half. I was counting on that extra 30 minutes of peace to read my book before I had to go back home to my kids.

Scheduled my 24 K check up and oil change on line. Received a call from Debbie (customer service) that allowed me to take and earlier time due to a cancellation. I got there early and Service Mgr. Jeff greeted me with a smile, a hello. The waiting room was comfortable,with wi-fi access, coffee, and reading materials. Service was done promptly and quickly. Jeff reviewed my bill and the my check up points. I got to my car and Kia had washed my car as a courtesy without asking ( what a treat) !! I could get my oil change at other places, but I'll drive extra for the courtesy, efficiency, and kindness shown by the staff. Jeff is an asset to the Kia team. Bill C
