I bought an Infiniti for my wife from this place and have had nothing but problems from it. I paid over 10k for it and didn’t even get it home before power steering pump started squealing. Then the brakes were squeaking and grinding, and the heating and cooling system not working. The sun roof began leaking because drains were clogged, the interior lights didn’t work, and the head lights needed bulbs all within days of purchase. Gave Marc and his mechanic plenty of grace time to make good on the issues before I wrote this review. They had me drop the car off at least 4 times for the entire day, with no loaner vehicle, and never fixed any of the issues except the power steering. It has been a constant run around since day one and I would seriously advise avoiding this shady lot. I have found myself being stuck with all these problems because his mechanic couldn’t figure out what the issue was. With researching myself, and trial and error, I’m trying to fix the blower for the heat/ac, and the temp control. My wife can’t even defrost/fog her windows. She also brought up numerous times that it felt weird when it was shifting, and that the rpm’s would get very high and stay there for what seemed like too long. They said it was the type of transmission, and it was fine. Now the transmission is slipping, and it shakes when giving gas, or letting off the gas. We stopped asking for help, because she can’t be without a car for days at a time, with nothing being fixed. We’ve found this whole buying experience with log cabin to be subpar and slimy like most used car dealers are.

I got scammed they sold me a car with a leaking water pump and the repair is going to cost 4,000$ and when I got the car the battery was bad on my way home i started seeing smoke come out from under the hood and the battery was smoking and melted. This is a horrible place they knew the car had a leaking water pump and sold it to me anyway and I have a baby due in October and they knew my wife is pregnant. Do not buy from them

Owner is awesome guy I would highly recommend looking here if u are in market for a vehicle I am buying one now and I can say as far as car lots go this one so far has been best one I have found the seems to really care about his customers
