Customer service has gone way down if you can find help. Seems like the only time you see anybody is when there standing around talking to each other.

waited 30 mins outside in the heat for help to buy a new lawn mower. was then told we can sit inside as we had to wait for someone on the phone. waited 45 minutes and no one showed up. absolute shame can't spend $5k and get a little help. went right down the street to ag pro and was greeted by someone and helped. mower purchased within an hour. had free same day delivery and was on sale and cheaper than lowes. ive gave this lowes a chance three times for different large purchases in different departments and it's always the same can't get any help at all. will not make the same mistake again. will avoid this lowes from now on

Tried calling to see if this Lowe's delivers pallets of Quikrete. Called Lumber and Building Material, left me on hold forever, hung up on me 3 times. Called Home Depot in Blairesville, they answered on the second ring. Home Depot is getting my $3,000 worth of concrete.

overall Lowes is a good fit for my needs and our community. I have purchased appliance, bulk sand, wood sheet rock and tile. they have many useful things for the DiY customer like me. I have never used their installation team it's better to get someone that you can trust. use local re and referral. there are good and bad installers everywher.

AWFUL! Got a phone call 4 days before washer and dryer delivery to confirm we would be in town for the delivery. We said yes. Drove 9 hrs from FL to NC for the delivery. Called the morning of the delivery for a window of time. Was told 12-4. Called at 3:30 to confirm the delivery. Was told that the order was messed up, the washer was in, but not the dryer. Our order was canceled the day before, and someone should have called us, but did not. 9 hr drive for nothing and the assistant mgr could say nothing, except sorry. Never will shop lowes again!

Lowes store is nice but never and I repeat never have something delivered from them. My wife and I ordered windows for home remodel and spent of 9000$, lowes called said it would be delivered between 2 and 6 pm. I waited and nothing so called and said they had trucks that broke down, but they didn't bother calling people to let them know not to waste their afternoon waiting for a delivery that would never show up. So instead of rescheduling for the same week they made us wait until the following week. They gave me a time of between 12 and 4 and guess what no windows. Just called them at 4:45 and they are not sure why my windows have not been delivered yet. And the stove we ordered they gave a window time of delivery of 8am to 8pm, 12hours they want someone to wait around 12hours and hope their stuff gets delivered. Crazy, waiting to hear back from them, grrrrrr

I am utterly broken-hearted with my Lowe's (Murphy, NC) experience. Paid $6600 back in October 2020 for windows that were installed incorrectly. It is now May 2021 and I still have windows that are not flush with the house and will not open or close! They sent their own inspector MONTHS AGO that agreed all windows were installed incorrectly and need to be replaced. Despite this, I have had no response from Lowe's. I go into the store, I call head office, I call Cathy Vogt (my Lowe's salesperson), I've called and emailed district manager Josh Morgan every day for 4 months and NOTHING. Nothing at all. What a terrible way to treat a customer that just spent $63k with your store. I used Lowe's for my entire home remodel (New floors, cabinets, countertops, gutters, patio rebuild, all new appliances, backsplash, HVAC, everything - I was such a happy customer until this nightmare!

I've had two deliveries delayed and totally messed up. First was a John Deer yard cart that was in addition to a $2,000 JD mower that was supposed to be assembled. It was delivered partially assembled and when I tried to complete assembly, the parts to complete were not even included. It took another entire week to get an assembled delivered. They had every excuse to give me. Finally I threatened to dispute the mower purchase until they corrected it. Manager appears to be unaware what's going on in his store. Second issue is ongoing. Ordered two doors. Took a couple of weeks for them to be ready with the first delivery date July 1, 2020. Day came and went with no delivery. Called the store and after three hang ups, got a young man on the phone. He resubmitted the order and got a July 3, 2020 delivery date. Assured me they would be here today. Here I sit at 7:18 and still no contact or call about delivery. Called the store, three more hang ups and finally I got just frustrated and quit. I'll call corporate customer service to see if I can get an actual delivery date. BTW, delivery cost an additional $89. Really poor customer service from this Murphy, NC Lowes. Buy elsewhere if you can.

Extremely disappointed with customer service today by an assistant manager named "zach". That young man needs to realize that policy is not always the best way. So he wouldn't take a lousy $30 return back that was not damaged and barely opened because my cc number had been changed because it was lost. He argued with me. Ran away into his break room and told me to leave the store. Well I left drove to blue ridge Home Depot. Spent $1600 on a refrigerator and some wood and I won't be back. Normally I have a good experience at this store. Not sure if his "assistant manager" title has gone to his head. I know someone that works at that store and I asked. He told me yes it has. Bottom line is bad bad bad service lost a big sale

What the neck. Went there yesterday and the parking lot was so.busy, I just drove through. With the corona virus it sucks that so many people put everyone in danger!
