Most of the employees want to help, unfortunately the management has yet to realize proper staffing is essential to having good customer service. The Murphy location is always understaffed resulting in ridiculously long waits for most building supplies that require some assistance. I was told by an associate that the lumber carts were all outside and to help myself despite the ninety plus degrees. How rude! 56 minutes to purchase five bags of S Mortar.
I now drive the 35 miles to give my business to Home Depot despite being a Lowes stockholder since the nineties.

Nice place to get supplies when I need them.
Purchased a Garage Door Opener. Took about 45 minutes to arrange for installation. Installation is very difficult to get arranged. When I called Suppirt it is to a Philippines Call Center that cannot be understood. Horrible Installation experience!

Great store! Well stocked with most every item, conveniently located, and a very friendly staff. Exactly what one has come to expect when visiting a Lowe's location. I will definitely continue to shop here for all of my home improvement needs.

If they can't honor their extended warranties they need to stop selling them. I have been waiting since May 23, 2025 for my washer to get repaired. We are now in July 2025. Unacceptable.

Whatever you do don't call this store, you will be on it for over 20 minutes trying to find your product. no one else to answer the phones in the different departments. Store is under staffed and no one to help with heavy lifting of items. I will shop at local stores. No more big hardware

I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a fridge for 700 dollars it died a week later. They told me sorry there is nothing they can do for me. I need to call the manufacturer to get a it fixed. They will not get my money any more. I am also a vet and will be telling all my vet communities not to shop there.

Nice to see lowes is consistent across multiple states. Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. I've used lowes in multiple cities in multiple states. Generally, the same layout makes finding what you need more efficient.
