“We bought a Lazy Boy leather couch and loveseat over a year ago. We had an issue with the one seating surface this year which seemed to be something with the frame and/or cushions where we felt like we were sitting in a hole compared to the other seating surfaces. After explaining the issue and sending pics to Laura she agreed to have the unit replaced even though the Lazy Boy warranty had pretty much expired. We are so appreciative of her doing that for us. A wonderful person!!!”

“Absolutely the best experience we have had. We purchased our new house furniture several months ago and it was just delivered yesterday. We worked with Regina who is very knowledgable about brands and various products. She helped us navigate our selections, suggesting products to overcome obstacles for furnishing our home as it’s only 1000 square feet! They even held our furniture for us while we waited for our home to be finished and offered free financing. In the end, everything fit beautifully in our new home and we could not be happier. Best customer service I have encountered in many years. We are definitely customer for life!!!”
