Drove into Murphy to Order the glass. Told we could pick it up the same day but said we’d come back the next day my husband got up early drove in to pick it up they couldn’t find it. He drove back empty-handed seriously guys is this way to run a business in 2023 A poor show indeed

First off I left my window to get an estimate. When I came back they had given my window to someone else. I had to come back 2 hours later. They told me it would take 2 weeks to get glass in and they would call me. At 3 weeks I called them oh yeah your glass is in. Brought window back to have glass installed. When I picked it up it looks like a 2 year old had installed the glass. Was very dissatisfied. Would not use them again .

They were very helpful I needed a glass panel cut but the glass I had was tempered you can't cut temperd glass they were almost like sad they couldn't help me very good people

Our company had a very unprofessional business experience with Murphy Glass recently and I wanted to warn those who have companies (or private residential needs even) to proceed with caution if you decide to have them do any work for you. We called multiple times to get measurements for a glass panel for a shower door installation. They told us they'd get the estimate for the client within 2 business days, it took a week of multiple times contacting them to get it. Then got them scheduled to come do the job they didn't show up at the scheduled time or contact us to say they wouldn't be coming. (Our guy waited an hour over the time agreed upon for a no call no show) When we finally got ahold of someone after the scheduled time had passed significantly they said the truck couldn't get to the job site. No effort to make contact with us. Mind you we can get a 2 wheel drive truck up to this jobsite in snow with no problems and countless other trucks have also been to the house site multiple times during construction... If you are in construction you know that jobs have deadlines and when people practice business like that its hard to get a job done. It's unprofessional to say the least. When questioned as to why they couldn't get the truck to it the person got snappy with my guy. I don't normally leave reviews, especially negative ones but this is not something I want others to have to deal with especially if you have deadlines to meet. Very unprofessional business practices by Murphy Glass.

He would think when they come out to measure your glass they would follow up with you three weeks later nothing. After my post Lainey called me back and apologized for the delay and gave me the quote which I appreciate. Thanks

Tried to do business with them, but they NEVER called me back after telling me they would call and have someone come out in a couple of days to measure for glass doors for the shower. I have called them 3 times and NO one answered the phone, so after 10 day I gave up and found some one that is reliable. Not sure how a com[any stays in business operating this way.

Went here for a windshield repair. The customer service was top notch from start to finish! I was able to pick up my car the very next day with no hassle, at a fair price. The lady at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention nice and friendly to talk to. I have not experienced this level of professionalism and customer service at any other business. Highly recommend.Service: Windscreen repair

Lady at the front desk transcribed the measurements incorrectly and charged me for the glass. Her overall attitude and professional was the worst I have experienced in any business. Awful attitude, should be fired or at least go through customer training sessions!! A lot of them!
