“I own a beautiful mountain log cabin in the Appalachian mountains. The propane got very low and I needed a shipment. My cabin (Buck Haven) is a str so I need to keep the cabin ready to rent because you never know when it will snow or if it will be rented. My shipment was delivered a week ahead of schedule. “Wonderful company with wonderful customer service. Stephanie was extremely helpful and kind, Mike and Keith were amazing as well. My parents were thinking about switching companies until dealing with these 3 individuals yesterday, and they were able to salvage the relationship and keep my parents as happy customers. Mike and Keith came out yesterday to check for a leak, took care of everything, then came back out today and installed new logs for our fireplace. Stephanie was extremely helpful and kind when we went to the shop to look at logs, and we couldn’t have been happier!”
