“Great experience overall,we had climate controlled unit for 2 1/2 years. Upon emptying almost all furniture had superficial powder mold, frustrating when you pay extra for climate control and still get mold. When I Called asking for some type of compensation, was told to file an insurance claim. Not much compassion from person I spoke with. Just be aware of the extra cost for climate control, might not be worth it!”

“Often wonder why anyone needs to store stuff unless they are in transition to a new home or in such situations such as in the Military and intend to move back. But, if you live in the area and you have so much stuff that you need a storage unit you really need to just give the stuff away to someone who needs it. Stop being so greedy! But, as far as I can tell the place is well managed and maintained.”

“If you're thinking of storage unit do it as early as you can! Most places have ridiculous waiting lists! The units around Murphy are far & few.The entire process is done online! You recieve a code to enter the facilities. Can't get any simpler than that! We had an entry issue that was fixed within 15 minutes or so. They have a nice setup with wider lanes than most storage facilities so easier to get around!”
