They're incentive program was very helpful today. We managed to get three pairs of shoelaces for work boots absolutely free. We had purchased boots last winter and had accumulated enough points and still have money left over after acquiring the shoelaces. Customer service person was very helpful.

Very helpful and courteous staff. A little more of a selection in men's 14 & up sizes would have been nice! My son got to choose between 2 black pairs in his size!
