On vacation and lost my phone with no address to get my replacement sent to . Owner of this store would not accept my replacement phone so I could pick it up there ! Very poor customer service . No way to treat a Verizon customer ! Wouldn’t even come out and talk to me

It’s honestly hard to believe how poorly this place is run. Every customer there had serious, life impacting issues, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. I had to wait for 3 hours, and most people left with more problems than they came in with. It was a complete waste of time. You’re better off going to a different Verizon store.

Dylyn Clark was awesome... he knows his stuff, he is fast and efficient and doesn't come across like a used car salesman... I've been to different stores and Dylyn Clark is the best by far! Want an honest person who knows his stuff go to him.
