“Went to pickup a order I did online, it was easy to do and pickup in store, and the young lady who assisted me was friendly and helpful... My issue is with the website connected to the Nags Head NC outlet.. it's slow and never shows items I pickup as picked up..which in turn doesn't give me my purchase points.. also on that day I purchased in-store a additional item..which I gave my phone number that's attached to my account and to this day over 6 weeks later haven't seen my points posted as well my in-store coupon wouldn't work ( which does at any other American Eagle \\u0026 Arie store) so I have no additional points and the young lady didn't know how to just punch in on the register the in-store coupon ,?? Not sure why.. and being a customer who has spent lots of $$$$ and is considered a level 3 as high as can be customer...it's frustrating..I have contacted by email the country wide site to no avail.. perhaps they will fix and do some training for the employees here.. til then I'll order online have it sent to my address which always gets credited... In general the associates are friendly but not helpful if you have any technical concerns.. the prices in-store are pretty high, and you can have a better price and sent to the store for pick-up..”

“There are some good deals to be had here, including $5 terry shorts that are super comfortable and $10-$12 kites. The store is huge, conveniently located with plenty of parking, and carries a wide range of merchandise including a lot of sales and clearance products. You just have to give yourself time to go through the racks and find what you need. We asked two people for assistance on product availability on kites (only one was on the shelf and we wanted two), and there was significant language barrier. The cashier straight up said she didn't know English, and another employee was confused by the question. The AC was either turned off or not working so it was extremely hot inside and uncomfortable to shop. The store has nearly no customers, there was no one in line, and we found a parking spot right out front.”
