My name is Jodie Cochran and I have been going to this nail salon since I was a child so about 25 years or so I rarely have went anywhere else I love this place and this family and I send everyone I know to this salon they are professional and they do a great job every time um always happy with anything I get and worth every penny. went in for a face wax - eyebrows upper lip and a small area of my neck that needed to be cleaned up .... first of all the set up is sketchy ! room in back with a old beaten in office chair and a tower fan in the corner . a tiny set up for the waxing supplies . she had me so uncomfortable in the chair , she didn't turn my head left or right when working on my service .... so obviously she had no angle of what she was doing . she put the wax on my face extremely hot and did not blow it or pull skin taught when pulling the strip - causing immediate irritation . when she was waxing the area of my neck , she just went ahead and started waxing my entire neck / under my chin ... which only grew peach fuzz so really unneeded . and she didn't use new wax in small sections , she would just put a huge glob and restick and pull the remaining areas of wax . she left literally so much hair around the tops and ends of my eyebrows that i had to go home and pluck the rest of it . she did not trim or tweeze my eyebrows at all . all the nail salons in the beach area are price gouging and giving CHOP SHOP quality services . she charged me $52 for the worst wax of my entire life . it was been almost 42 hrs since the service and my skin is just now clearing from irritation (this is extremely dangerous to have while being at the beach in so much direct sunlight)

Amazing group!! Took our family of 6 including my 86 year old mother in for treatments. Everyone did something different but all had a great time. Staff was amazing, helpful and kind. We will be back!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please be aware if you are going for anything other than the expensive stuff, they will be ridiculously rude to you. Stear clear! The prices are ridiculous anyway. Nail tech messed up my nails and then yelled at me and blamed me for it in front of 7+ customers.
Stylist: Incredibly rude. Made me pay before I got my nails done because she thought I’d complain, and then messed up my nails on purpose.
