Very disappointed in Life is Good. Cute sentiments, but lousy customer service. Bought a shirt in Hilton Head, SC while traveling on vacation. Put it on the next day and noticed 3 tiny holes on the bottom. Figured we would see another Life is Good store to take care of it. No one will help with a defective shirt. Not our problem is basically the response from 2 different stores. Yes, I cut the tag off to wear it. Yes, I wore it for about an hour when I noticed the holes. I believe it should be replaced as defective. Very sad to just receive, “not our problem.” I will never buy Life is Good merchandise in the future. After this review I contacted the company directly and received a credit to buy a replacement shirt online. Grateful for the help.

This shop is beautiful and has an amazing selection! The woman working was extremely sweet and helpful & I’ll definitely be coming back! Also.. it smells amazing in here. 😊

Service was good. Products are good quality. I am cheap and I wouldn't normally buy something so high priced. But everything in here was so positive. It had some embroidery designs on stuff. My family would be so proud that I bought something full price, expensive, and for myself

Debbie, the manager at this location went above and beyond in assisting me to make a phone order. She located the tee shirt I wanted, which was one specific to the OBX. We completed the long-distance sale and the package was shipped to me the same day.

Service was very good at this location and they had a huge selection of clothes. Made sale items very easy to locate and they also had a wide variety of sale items. Overall great store. Love my clothes I got

My wife wanted to check out this store while we were out shopping on our beach trip. She was looking for V-neck T-shirts. The store had a good selection and she found one that she liked. The staff was very helpful, and offered to check the store in Duck for a shirt that my wife liked that they didn't have in her size. They have a lot of beachwear and accessories. We ended up buying several shirts and some stickers for the Jeeps. The next day, my wife was having second thoughts about a shirt that she had purchased for a gift. We went back and she was able to exchange it with no problem. This is a great place for shopping in the northern Outer Banks. CD friendly.

Cashier was very nice. They had fairly good stock. Prices of going up a little bit. We still like the store and we'll return.

I've done a lot better on line as far as prices are concerned. was surprised Christmas and other holiday Tees were only 40% off.

The Life is Good Store in Nags Head is awesome! They've got a ton of Life is Good stuff, and the store is big and well-stocked. Had a really good time shopping there! ??

Was in the night of 7/14. When my wife and I walked in the store we witnessed what appeared to be the manager of the store and another employee berating a very young employee. This continued for about 5 minutes while my wife and I were in the store. The younger employee finally clocked out and walked out of the store as the manager and other employee continued to bully this poor girl as she left. For a store that promotes life being good and happy this doesn’t make for a great shopping environment. I will be reaching out to cooperate about the manager and the employee and will be the younger employees advocate
