PNC is a range of products, services and digital solutions that can help you manage everyday finances. The branch staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Outstanding service is provided by a woman behind the counter who full of knowledge eases a crisis, gets information, takes time to know a person and handles a problem. People who visiting the local branch drive extra minutes, wait an hour and smiling while they help. The atmosphere is nice and good, the place is free for 7 years for the J1 account. PNC is lucky to have a manager who greets each person by name and make simple and better.
The employees truly care about their customers and know everyone by name and are so helpful. If you want a big bank with a small bank feel this is the place to go

I went to the bank today with an unorthodox request. I was expecting things to not be easy … I was pleasantly surprised :) The guys at the counter didn’t bat an eye.They handled my request with ease, had me taken care of quickly, and with a smile. Great experience, Thanks PNC!

This is the only local PNC branch that I will go to. I always drive the extra 15 minutes to Nags Head and will gladly wait an hour to make a transaction. The few people they have here are always smiling and willing to help.
