Outstanding service from the most friendly and helpful staff. I was visiting on vacation and had a crisis occur. The woman behind the counter was so courteous and full of knowledge on a situation I had no idea where to even begin. She eased my mind and assured me that she would get it fixed. She provided me with all of the information I needed and She even took the time to get to know me while she helped look into my issues. I then found out that she was the branch manager. No surprise there after seeing how well she handled my problem and hearing her greet each person that walked in after me by name. Taylor was truly phenomenal. PNC is very lucky to have her!

This is the only local PNC branch that I will go to. I always drive the extra 15 minutes to Nags Head and will gladly wait an hour to make a transaction. The few people they have here are always smiling and willing to help.

Way understaffed. Terrible service in that they had one individual working counter and window. Totally ridiculous and obviously a management problem. The man that finally was able to help me was very nice but certainly overwhelmed and it showed. I started at the drive through but waited so long and got so frustrated I went inside only to wait much longer to just deposit 2 checks.

I recently attempted to cash a rental deposit refund check drawn on PNC Bank. I walked into the branch and was informed that there was a 2% fee to cash my money drawn on their bank check. That is a rip off! Horrible banking procedures! Not customer friendly!!

Worst bank ever, they told me you can’t use the app to accurately track your transactions, and charge you fee after fee. They took my account and charged me fees for transactions that cleared in the app weeks ago, then they disappeared and reappeared when I didn’t have the funds in there. They move things around to charge the most fees to their advantage. Bunch of crooks here. Taking my business to another bank. Bank manager is useless and has no authority to get the fees removed. Told my girlfriend to get financial counseling on something that was their fault. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to keep your money.
