“Alex is not only professional, but goes out of his way to be timely, efficient, and generous. We have had a wild run of car trouble between two of our vehicles and Alex has not only towed when necessary, but answered our questions and given advice. While we hope our bad luck is over, we are so grateful for TowBX!”
“Just got a oil change and tire rotation this time. I get my tires from here. They replaced my air conditioner. They always do a good job and are very good honest people. Highly recommend”

“Used this service to unlock keys in the trunk. It was difficult due to the key being in the truck of a 2018 Toyota Camry. The seats go down only from being able to get into the trunk. The gentleman was very patient with us and it required quite the ingenuity to trick the car alarm, unlock the car, to pop the trunk. On top of this it was dark, hot and humid. We were so excited to finally get the keys. We forgot to give him a tip, which was well deserved. Thank you.”
“My alternator died while on vacation here in OBX on Friday evening and went to autozone to buy a new alternator and looked online for auto repair shops and most places were closed on the weekends and the few that were open were full, but I called Berry’s auto shop and Charles was able to get me in Saturday morning and stayed after hours to make sure the job got done so we can head home on Sunday morning. I am so grateful and blessed I found him! I highly recommend Berry’s they did a great job! I found this note at the register by checkout and wanted to share!”

“We arrived for an OBX vacation with an alternator that started to fail. Called our home mechanic for guidance and a price guesstimate. We took it to a national shop up the road a couple streets who wanted to charge nearly double that guesstimate. We dropped off the car at Pugh's on a Saturday unannounced. They called Monday with an estimate that matched our mechanic's guesstimate. We had our car back Weds afternoon. You're in good hands at Pugh's. 5⭐ shop!!”
