Terrible trying to find a customers package and no one wants to pick up. Tracking says it's at post office. Customer can't find it. Tracking only tells us where it's at. PICK UP THE PHONE!

Waited for my package all day coming through there mail system!!! This old lady won’t get out her truck always taking my packages back to the building it’s bs called them no one picks up there phone at all I feel like I need to stop ordering things tbh bc of them also she seen me and been up there taking to the lady’s and they said its on the truck to be delivered!!!!! She seen me out and ignored me and Ik it’s on her truck bc her boss told me it’s on her truck

They have a drive up blue mailbox. Don’t have to get out of your car. Love this feature.

Was in today and the lady up front was not friendly at all. I asked when my package would arrive and she said it’s on top of your receipt. She just plan ugly person. Why be in customer service? And no, it was not busy. Only one in there.

I’ve been back for less than one month and 3 packages already not delivered. They told the sender they left a hang tag on the first one and no place to leave it. Both lies. Go to the PO and the woman acted like she couldn’t find it but did and said she was preparing to send it back. Now I have two more. They are the worst I’ve ever seen. I don’t know why we review b/c I would’ve fired my employee by now if I were in charge and she got all these bad reviews.

I’ve been here several times. Hours are inconsistent, they’ll close or adjust their hours without any consideration for their customers. Someone please rescue that lady that works the front counter she’s obviously miserable. There are people that would love that job. Wish me luck I’m on my way there again ?.

No stars they refuse to mail items because they are "by themselves, its too much work or they don't even have stamps"- all excuses I have received from the employees who clearly were never given a job description or list of job duties when hired. it is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous to go to a post off and be given the above excuses when you need to mail multiple items the message I received was she was lazy and didn't want to do her job.

The guys there are wonderful!!! The lady is rude, condescending and not at all helpful. It's a shame because most Nags Head service providers are nice and have that positive beach vibe.

I went in with a positive attitude and tried to carry on a conversation with the lady working, but she would not make eye contact with me or carry on any type of conversation. I actually feel bad for her. She’s obviously miserable.

Usually the service is good, but they hired a new lady who is unfriendly and extremely rude. Even refusing to ship something because she deemed it to small before my wife even made it to the counter, when down the road to the KDH post office and the item was shipped without issue.

Frustrating that they won’t deliver packages because they claim the driveway is blocked. We had a small dumpster on one side of our drive. UPS and FedEx were driving up to the house with no problem (in their much larger trucks) multiple times a day. Just lazy of the mail carrier to refuse to deliver.
