Yarn and More offers a cozy, inviting local shop in the OBX. Visitors describe a nice, sweet, friendly staff who are helpful and welcoming. Prices cover every price range, though some note recent prices are almost double from last year. The space has expanded, adding more stock, a comfy area for a break, and a table of lusciously scented soap from a local maker. Visitors can check the store in town or virtually, and the shop ships. Many say the visit is wonderful, highly recommend, and love the lovely atmosphere. The expansion received a nice job, and the selection remains something for everyone.
The staff is very friendly and I love the wide selection of yards that reflect a variety of pricing that everyone can afford. I found my merino chunky yard on sale today and bought 4 skeins!

Very adorable place. Has a variety of yarn- OBX themed yarn, less expensive yarn, hand dyed premium yarn and lots of accessories. Yarn prices vary from $3.50 up to premium yarn prices of $30+ Friendly and fun.

Full of yarn and delightful. Great selection of material. Wonderful staff! For the none venturing folks, they do have an online store. (Whatever is in store is online). It's of the main road, like most gems are, if you are into crafts make a stop.
