The technicians at the window are catty and enjoy making fun of others. They are not very polite and they are of an unfriendly countenance. I am an autistic person who made a small error and I was treated like a clown. They like to cackle and demean others. Big mean girl energy. Do not recommend.

I will never in my life come back in this building . This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I had to drive back to the Dr, to get a physical paper and have them call the pharmacy twice to get my prescription. Would not recommend

The pharmacy techs here are jerks and they only move at their own pace which is set at pause the other store staff are OK though

When I went to pick up my prescription the lady at the front was polite until I showed her my insurance card. She grabbed my prescriptions and said you got to go down there. After I went to the drop off the guy came down and asked what was wrong. I told him nothing I just had to come down here because I had to put in insurance information I guess. I handed him my license and insurance card he then threw my license down on the counter and didn’t say anything. He typed on the keyboard a few minutes then handed back my insurance card and said they needed about 5 or 10 minutes to “rebill” it.. I’m a loyalty rewards member and actually pay every month to have the membership. But the way I was direspected today makes me want to cancel!! #DoBetterCvs

Best CVS customer service. Left my purchase at the self check out and called back to see if they found it. They said…yes it’s here and we will hold it until you can arrange to pick it up! Over the top care, concern and customer service! I ❤️ the Nashville NC CVS management and staff! They rock!

Was in line for the pharmacy they helped the car in front of me and closed the window in my face. The lady ask the pharmacist what they wanted to do and they said close it.

When I asked the Rx Tech a question about my new, never taken before prescription, she answered “I don’t know” so I asked another question and got the same response. She didn’t ask the Pharmacist to help me. I asked because I had an allergic reaction to my medication 2 days earlier and didn’t want to go through that again! So I had to look it up on line. So much for 1st fill teaching. Train your people !

Pharmacy services have been so severely reduced that it is impossible to get service or answers to questions. Everyone working there appears disgruntled. Sad state of affairs.

I go here regularly to get my prescriptions and never had an issue, workers are friendly and they keep a clean store. Love the coupons I get with my extra care card as well.

Went to see about getting a money order, no big thing, when I worked at CVS few years back that was a regular thing for customers to request a money order. Get to the store after confirming with CVS website and MoneyGram website that this location does Money-orders.
The older man floating around the front of the store is not only stand offish but goes on to say that cvs doesn’t do money orders and this location hasn’t done it in years. Then proceeded to make me get out of line only to use self checkout as he stood over my shoulder. I left cvs years back for a reason.
Everyone else whom works at this location has always been kind and helpful.
