I don’t know why people who don’t do their job works for this company. I ordered some Flo women’s vitamins back in early January and the same thing was said about this. This time I ordered some Monin coffee syrup (this is not in Walmart, Target, FoodLion, PigglyWiggly nor world market) and yet again with the “attempted delivery”. I was home and also I stay in an apartment complex so therefore the drive-way and front door is always accessible. I’m sick and tired of whatever lazy working ass bum keeps getting my packages at the beginning of this year. It’s 2025 do better, if I could drive to a place and get the damn coffee syrup and other items I want believe that I would do that. There are certain things people can’t get from stores in the state that’s only online. Remember that karma exists and the next time I have an issue I will ask to speak to the management and get down to the bottom of this cause this is ridiculous. All I know is this lazy bum probably orders stuff too and wouldn’t want their packages to be held onto at all, therefore treat others the way you want to be treated. Stop telling that bold face ass lie about the drive way and stuff cause not once did I see that mail truck come to this apartment complex I live at. I only live 5 minutes away from the damn post office. This post office needs do better cause there’s no way back in January I went cause of my vitamins and asked this lady about my package and get told, “Let me see if he’s on his route”. Oh so the driver not on his route like he’s supposed to be??? Yet he applied and probably lied on his application to get the job and still got the job. Where a person who tells the truth on a job application can’t get the job though they would truly love the work.

I received a message that my package had been delivered at 10:52 am on August 27th. I came home to no package so I file a claim. I received a call a day later to be told they were investigating but conveniently the post master gps scan was unable for that time and date. Basically I believe my package was stolen by the mail carrier and there’s nothing that can be done about it. Now I have to do extra work to try to get another package or a refund and the post office is closing the case because from what they said, They came out to the area and there was no package(of course it wasn’t) to be seen and the gps wasn’t working to see what location the mail carrier was in when they scanned the package. Seems fishy to me. Now I’m being told to reach out to the seller to see if I could be sent the package again. But if sent by usps how do I know that I would even receive it.

Horrible I had a package shipped they lost in transit that was damaged. It was a very special birthday gift. I will be glad when they close down. I would rather pay UPS or FedEx at least I would have a service guarantee

My big little post office is doing everything to keep working for me. Yeah you know about the weather but the pandemic, economy, worker shortage and all these "d@m$#&" packages haven't stopped Nashville's little engine that could.

Crams all mail in mailbox. Bent my child's school pictures. Package clearly said DO NOT BEND. Doesn't care. Bent books at Christmas too. Called post office to complain, I just get sorry. Now I have bent pictures for memories.

Post office staff does a good job at the Post Office BUT they really have been struggling to get the mail delivered to the correct people on my road! I have missing bills and just yesterday, again, one of my neighbors met me in the yard with a piece of my mail. This has been going on for months and months and I have called multipl times to let them know. Still not sure whre my bills are and that is upsetting. Wonder if they will cover the late fees..?
