“Extremely unwelcoming front desk. Had a reservation made through hotel engine and the front desk couldn't find the reservation. Offered no help or any kind of advice except for being nasty and short and all around angry. Then midway through trying to resolve my issue he decides he's going to go have a smoke instead of fixing the problem and left me in the lobby waiting.”
