This place was mediocre. I just got my nails done Saturday and they look like they need a fill already 48 hours later. The guy who did my nails was really nice, took his time, however the quality is just not there. Even my thumbs are two different shapes. One of my fingers has a hair under the top coat of gel. Overall it was just ok. I’ve definitely had better full sets.
Also they don’t have current nail polish collections. The DND gel brand has a sheer collection from 2023 that this salon doesn’t carry. Updated polish choices would be a nice addition.

i honestly recommend getting your nails done here you think oh design expensive all that no you paying 80-100 for nails and that’s for good quality and look i don’t know it’s worth to try mess with the program or not but i give a 10/10 and i recommend sienna she take her time gentle and it’s worth the price like 85,90 ain’t bad for a full set but i love the experience the vibe very friendly and clean

I’ve found my go to nail salon! I’ve loved working with Sienna- I’ve gotten 2 gel sets and I’m so impressed by her talent! I recommend her to everyone who compliments my nails!!

Popped in to get a nail fixed and they were so kind and quick to help! Really sweet people. They shined up my other nails too and wouldn’t take a penny. I would def recommend this spot !!!

Great pedicure by an older lady but I think I got the bad luck of the draw with my nail tech (younger lady). I already need a fill in and it’s only been 24hrs. They did not clean their station or wash their hands in between clients (YUCK!!). I asked for them to clean up my cuticles which was lazily executed, they didn’t trim up my natural nail or do any other processes that nail places do and looks terrible. Lumps in my acrylics, disproportionate nail shapes. Overall seemed very half-assed and charges the same price as any other nail place in New Bern but doesn’t meet the same quality.

Ask for sienna!! she did an amazing job and her attention to detail on the nails are fantastic i went to her for the first time after going to the same person since i started getting my nails done and she made me the happiest with my nails in a long time!

Oh my god—my first pedicure, and I’ll definitely be back.
I went in with my wife and son. My wife got her nails done while my son and I tried pedicures for the first time. The experience was way better than I expected. The staff was very friendly—more focused on their work than chatty, which I actually appreciated. The place was super clean, and I liked that they used liners in the foot tubs. That kind of attention to hygiene goes a long way.
They’ve got TVs to keep you entertained and the chairs have built-in massagers, which was a nice surprise. They rubbed our feet and legs, and it felt amazing. My son couldn’t stop laughing when they scrubbed his feet—his reaction made the whole experience even better.
We even let them pick the polish colors since it was included in the price. I ended up with bright red toes, and my son got a bold blue. Nothing wrong with a man getting pampered while spending time with his family. I don’t know if the price was good since it was my first time, but for how good it felt, I’d say it was worth it.
If you’ve never had a pedicure before—especially as a guy—just do it. You won’t regret it.

Ask for Sienna!!!! She killed it, took great care of my nails and basically copy and pasted my inspo pic onto my nails. She has a lot of her own designs to choose from! I was in and out within an hour and a half, Id recommend her over and over!
