I was sold a matress and box the box was previously used and still charged an arm and leg for it even though it looked as if it came out a crack house and smelt of cigarettes, decided the price was just too much put the mattress and box on the porch mattress still had cover these people took the cover off and moved the bed into the mud against the house and said they could not take it as it is all stained up, but you literally took it off the porch and laid it in the mud! i will fight this one with corporate at this point, dont use them they are con artists

They are rude and disrespectful when they talk to you. Unfortunately it's usually the manager that calls. They don't put payment arrangements in the computer system either so they will continue to call you. As a customer service rep myself, I feel corporate will be getting a phone call about how this store is ran and the rudeness and disrespectfullness of the managers.

Don't leave a debit or credit card on your account. They will charge you randomly in addition to the regular monthly charge. I recommend Newport Aarons, very nice place.

2 weeks ago I have told the staff I started a new job cause they keep blowing up my phone and I told them let me see what we can do when my wife gets her check we'll she didn't make enough they keep calling me and coming by my houes so they can put that paper on your door well I told them I don't appreciate they have someone come out and look in my window so I told them they can come get the fridge you would think they would help people out so now I have to fine another fridge cause this places don't want to work with people and I told the staff I get paid every week and my first check wasn't much cause I am still new there but they are pushy I don't appreciate that or blowing up my phone while I'm at work

If you can't afford to lay out the money to buy something this is the perfect place to go because you can either pay it over a period of months or you can pay it off in 120 days which would be same as cash
