“A'Lissa was wonderful! I stopped into Carolina Creations looking for unique, locally made North Carolina gifts for relatives, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped me select some beautiful wooden earrings made by an artist from Edenton, NC, as well as a lovely bud vase made right here in New Bern. She also offered to wrap the gifts for me and provided gift bags, which was such a nice touch and a huge help. It's so nice to have a shop here in New Bern where you can find beautiful, distinctive gifts that are actually made locally rather than mass-produced overseas. Great selection and wonderful customer service. I'll definitely be back!”

Thank you Pic Frame and Gallery!”

“I am so thankful I found Ballantine Picture Framing! I had just picked up a very special piece of artwork from another framing shop and was so disappointed with how it turned out that I went straight to Ballantine for help. They took the time to listen to me, look at the piece with me, and help me figure out exactly what it needed. They took apart the previous framing and completely redid it, and the result is absolutely beautiful. It is exactly what I had hoped for from the beginning. You can tell they truly care about their work and about making sure their customers are happy. I absolutely love it and could not be more pleased!”

“I adore this place! The collections of pieces is wonderful. I have been in for the postcards and cards that some of the artists create. I send out those finds to family and friends all over the country. They always comment on the watercolors used by certain artists. I have also been able to find some great gifts for the women in my life at this gallery. If you are looking to support local artists, this gallery is the best place to do so in New Bern. Locals or visitors alike should make this gallery a must-see when walking around the Downtown streets.”
