Mike and Maggie made our experience extremely easy with no hassle. Mike helped us to find the exact sofa we were looking for, and made sure we had all the information prior to purchasing which was helpful in our decision making. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

Great experience today working with Mike Robbins and the Ashley Furniture Team. We ordered new couches and Mike did a great job explaining features, options, and warranties. I absolutely love Ashley products! New Bern outlet is a very friendly place to shop, they have big selection of great furniture for each room and they can order much more! Salespeople are very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend that place!!!
