Today I went inside BOFA in New Bern,NC with a question about a check. I sat there for about 30,35 minutes waiting to speak to someone. The guy in the office was with someone so I assumed I was next or someone other than him would come and help me. I was the only person in there waiting and then maybe 2 in line.A woman stepped out of an office and barely said hello to me But as soon as an older WHITE gentleman came in she offered Him help I ended up getting in line hoping to speak with the teller...she said she'd be with me in a few minutes. More people came in and they proceeded to take care of All of them first . I was about to leave when a lady finally called me. She provided me with some helpful information but at this point I just wanted to ask them what was so different about me from all those other people that made them feel i should wait ? I may look different but I am too an American citizen with the very same Rights . I've been banking with BOFA for many years and never been treated in such way,I was disgusted.Will not be coming back to this horrible place.

Absolutely horrible customer service though the branch and the 800 #. Have a problem? Call the number Dorothy said. They all do not want to help out besides giving the customer service phone number away to every Tom and Harry. How can you close a checking account with a positive account balance without any notice and say it was an accident on there end!?!? I have a 3 year old on medication and special foods so that resulted in a anxiety attack and 3 hours on customer service to get no where. BOA locked me out of EVERYTHING. You all are ridiculous acting, childish and deserve flat sure to close the branch before it gets any worse. I have already moved to another well known bank because of this incident. No sorry's, I apologize, NOTHING. how about you all go back to school and become something better than a bank teller! Absolutely ridiculous, I wish I could give 0 stars. You all deserve it.

BoA in New Bern is the worst of the worst bank! Here it is a Friday afternoon (yea there are tropical storm conditions, mostly rain) I go there just like every Friday. It’s 1:52 pm they meet me at the door to tell me they are closing due to weather conditions! What!!! Your only open for two more hours! It’s like their lives are more important than anyone’s. Always understaffed. Closed there drive thur! Hell just closed the bank already! Y’all are always on your own time, not worried about your customers needs!

I have been a BoA customer for more than 20 years and I am increasingly disappointed in its customer service. It is very difficult to get anyone in the New Bern branch to answer the phone, it has reduced the hours it is open for business, and it has too few tellers. The last time I visited, it only had one teller trying to serve all the waiting customers.I realize it’s goal is to have little or no personal contact with actual customers by pushing all transaction online. Nevertheless, IThink it would benefit from enhancing its customer service.

Coming in with a 10 month old problem, Dorothea Stanton generously gave us her time and was able to resolve it. The problem wasn’t even really with Bank of America, but she just took it on and saw it through. We were so impressed with her professionalism. She displayed incredible patience and compassion for the run around we had endured. I felt that I was finally in someone’s hands who actually cared. I have not always been fond of Bank of America, but we now want to open an account with them solely due to her. Thank you so much Dorothea!!!

They did have a lot of closures but I think they have rectified that. Lately when I have gone by there, they are open and staffed.

Was my bank for at least 20 years, but had to close due to expensive fees. Also there was a lack of communication between the bank and myself about the options of different types of accounts with lower fees. I basically just feel screwed over and extremely disappointed.

Caution with the ATM. try to make a deposit this day 08/26/2022 enter my card and cash. I returned the card but did not make the deposit. I called customer service and they couldn't help me. I lost my money . more than 100 dollars.

This bank is one of the worst bank ever. ít seem likes they close 5 days a week. Night deposit also the same.ít times to close out my account and go for another bank.
