Always clean and for the size of the store a pretty good selection. The staff are helpful and know where to direct you if you are in need of help. I wish the clearance section was a little less crowded, I don't enjoy having to dig to find something that I might have to battle to return to the rack.

Haven't been to Belk in a long time. I needed a pair of black flat shoes. The lady associate was very helpful & offered to open account so i could get more savings. She may be the reason I would consider going back to Belk. Great job.
