Books-A-Million is a store offering a vast array of knowledge and entertainment with a very large selection of books, magazines, autographed books, collectibles, toys, and music. The store is quiet, clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere with a nice attached cafe. Overall, it is a haven for diverse interests with merchandise in pristine condition. The staff is very friendly, helpful, nice, and professional, definitely trying their hardest to help customers find everything. The customer service is amazing and a huge refreshing breath of air. This makes customers feel confident they can find whatever they are looking for and leave with satisfaction. The selection and prices are great for the quality. A noted downside is that the ladies' room was very run down and dingy. Additionally, some feel the store could probably do more business in a location with more foot traffic.
Friendly at check out. Not pushy to get a membership which I really like. And plenty of places to sit and skim the books to make sure you want to buy them.
