Full retail price. They do include local delivery but they are not professional. Got sofa and recliner delivered. Legs were loose and protectors on bottoms of legs were missing on several legs. Scratched our wood floor. Called owner to explain our dissatisfaction and he actually came to our house. Promised he would make it right and fix our floor. Said he would call to set up repair..... guess what NEVER happened? A company proves it’s quality when things go wrong. Branch’s has done just that. Never shopping there again!

I love New Bern, but I hate feeling discriminated against when I'm somewhere and not dressed to “the ninesâ€. I've been on the hunt for a new couch and two accent chairs. I'm looking for something custom, a client recommended this store. It was my day off, so I was wearing my hair up, jeans and a nice sleeveless blouse. My tattoos were showing. Per usual, when I walk into an expensive store I wasn't welcomed by staff. I figured, If I were to walk around looking at different pieces someone might ask if I were looking for anything in particular? I even went to their custom design area and flipped through some fabric swatches, in hopes of someone coming to assist me. The 15 minutes I was there, I was the only person in the store. Not one time was I asked if I needed help with anything. When I left I noticed the numerous awards for “Best of New Bernâ€. I pointed them out to the sales associate, and noted the horrible costumer service, I'd experienced. Her only response was to say that she did say “hi†when I walked in. I'm sorry but that's not good enough for me. They lost out on three custom pieces of furniture today, the only fault is their own.

I recently purchased some outdoor furniture from David at Branch's Furniture. It is called Brazilian Cherry and it is the most elegant beautiful furniture I have ever seen. I did some reading on the internet and found that it withstands weathering like teak. Honest, this is truly one of the best outdoor furniture made. I know you will also love it!
