So pretty and serene. The people here make fantastic neighbors. They make you feel safe! The lots are large and well kept. The owner is attentive. Responds immediately to any and all questions, comments or concerns.

I just recently moved to this mobile home community and I love it. Everyone is friendly, our new landlord, Jeremiah, is a huge blessing to this park and he’s done a lot to fix things up around this area for everyone. I can see myself staying on this lot for awhile. It’s a quiet, beautiful community.

From Broad Creek Mobile Home Park
Beautiful large lots outside the city limits and only 11 minutes from downtown New Bern. Craven county water is available and electric service provided through Tideland EMC.
Lot rental is $300 per month and includes septic.
We also have rental homes available. All homes are 3 bed 2 bath homes and are 980 sqft+. Singlewide homes currently rent for $850 and doublewide homes rent for $950. Rent includes the lot, the home and septic. All tenants are liable for their water, sewer and lawn care.
