About Broad Creek Mobile Home Park
Beautiful large lots outside the city limits and only 11 minutes from downtown New Bern. Craven county water is available and electric service provided through Tideland EMC. Lot rental is $300 per month and includes septic. We also have rental homes available. All homes are 3 bed 2 bath homes and are 980 sqft+. Rent includes the lot, the home and septic. All tenants are liable for their water, sewer and lawn care.

They discriminate based on income and against larger dogs! Will not accept ESA animals which is against the Federal Fair Housing Act!
