(5 stars) June 6th Update:
Albert and Austin both called me to make things right. Albert worked with my work schedule to get me in and gave me a few options. They ended up switching the dash cam to a different one with a screen and installed it. No extra charge. They also fixed my ceilings star lights at no extra cost which I am very thankful! This camera is already working wayyy better than the first one. Austin installed the dash cam nd went over the new app with me and showed me how to work it. They also had me go into the back and sit in the car to see where I wanted it so it wasn’t in my way to too far for me to see the screen. They were both very very kind and understanding of my frustrations. They both did research to try to fix the original camera but came up with the solution to switch it out. I did not tell them while I was there that on the drive over I was crying and having a horrible week. I have had 2 passings in my family just a few days prior and expecting another soon. I also lost $2k for my medical bills the day before. My husband also lost his job the day before. This experience is one of the only good things to happen this week. I truly appreciate the kindness and understanding that they showed. I am grateful that they reached out to fix the camera. Now I am hoping to never have any issues with the camera again so my car will be protected at least. Thank you!!

(1 star) May 9th Original: I don’t usually leave reviews but I have told several people my experience and they told me to leave a review. I went to have a dash cam installed that I had bought. They told me I needed a better one because it didn’t have night vision and I would have to replace my backup camera with it. I went from paying $160 to $500 when they sold me the new one. I thought they were credible so I trusted them and didn’t do my research. The camera I bought did have night vision and you did NOT have to replace the backup camera. You installed it in the rear view window like the one they sold me on. I had left a $250 deposit when I was there for them to order the new camera. It came in and I had an appointment set for 10am. I was there before 10am and didn’t leave until 2pm due to them messing up. At the end of the first install I told them I had paid the deposit and they had to search for it which I had my receipt to show it thankfully. When they installed the camera they messed with the wiring making my ac not work properly. It kept shooting up to high heat and I couldn’t get it back down. My ac and heat buttons stopped working. When I told the guy he said he had never seen that happen before and then tried to tell me there was a popping sound that I did not hear. He then tried to tell me it had something to do with the chip and the connection in the computer when I told him it wasn’t happening before they installed the cameras. He told me I needed to take it to a dealer. My husband called and told them they needed to fix it and suddenly it wasn’t the connection anymore. Hmm funny how when my husband called it was being taken care of. Also he smelled like alcohol but I didn’t want to say anything since everything made me feel uneasy. I won’t be going back. Everything that happened was messed up. The fact that it took my husband calling to get my ac is fixed is mind blowing and going from paying $160 to $500 for that to happen. Insane. I don’t recommend.”

“Ordered, came to us, and installed within 24 hours. Super reasonable as well, half the price of our local dealership. This business is actually who some dealerships call to do window replacement, most dealerships dont have techs in house, to do the replacements.
