Jeremy was awesome! He sold me a new-to-me Volvo XC90 and I am in love. He listened to my wants and needs and kept me in budget without being a "salesman". He was more like an old friend helping me make the right decision. Great experience! Thank you Jeremy!

The young lady who helped me was very polite and courteous. I was there for a regular service, oil change and tire rotation. I had asked for an a little help on my drop in bedliner and she said shou;d would see what they could do about it. Before my service was done she went and checked on it and took care my problem herself to make sure it was done. Great service and will be back for my next service.

Terrible! I dropped my truck off to have a diagnostic test run on it and have my engine cleaned and parking brake looked at. 2 weeks later, nothing was done except the diagnostic test. They told me that bigger jobs kept coming and they pushed me to the side. I told them to forget about the repairs and I am coming to get the truck. I felt like a second rate citizen, pushed to the side for more important customers. I paid $180 for nothing, they didn’t even take the low tire pressure light off.. $180 and nothing was done to my truck!

After purchasing my 2023 Camaro I had noticed imperfection in the paint, aggressive swirl markers along with a few dings. All my rims looked as though someone cleaned them with sand paper. My brembo brake covers paint is fading/ discoloring. I took the vehicle in for 3 fixes and when it came back to me it looked worse then it did going in. The sales lady was nice. The manager?? Said that's how everything is supposed to look around this many miles. This is with less than 600 miles.

The best car buying experience I ever had! From my initial exchange with the GM Jim to arriving and being treated with respect with no high pressure sales, and Manager Matt and Michelle my Sales Rep worked "together as a team" to bring me a great deal on a vehicle when my transmission on my car was days away from failing and still gave me a great trade in value. And Scott Toler wrapped it all up in financing (with a bow lol)...easy and quick and so personable. I found a zippy little Buick Encore Touring Sport in my favorite color and is the perfect size vehicle for me. Love it!! Thank you Team for going above and beyond and truly "caring" about your customers and helping me out of a tough situation. Highly recommend this dealership!!! 100 stars +

HAVE A GOOD MECHANIC LOOK OVER YOUR PROSPECTIVE PURCHASE. Rather than bore everyone with entire story let me just say that you should steer clear of this dealership. They will promise to "make things right" over and over. It never comes to fruition. You can call, text and leave voice messages. You will be lied to or ignored. I'm not sure which is worse. It's very unfortunate... For them. We buy a lot of vehicles both personal and business related. I'll be sure to pass my experience on to anyone who will listen. It's a shame that a once reputable dealership is willing to trade their reputation for what would've been a $500 fix.

In all my years of buying cars at dealerships New Bern Chevrolet TOPS them all! Without hesitation a definite 5-Star+ operation.Although “They treat you like family” is an old cliche it holds truth for the team of Drew (Malgadey), Michelle (Boswell), Adrienne (Martinez), and Kat. From the time I stepped foot into the building it was as if I walked through the front door of my families home.Drew (Sales Manager) and Michelle helped me along with the purchase since I was coming in from four hours away. They showed so much professionalism, patience, and grace with me as I went back-and-forth regarding buying and not buying. Never lost focus on me, the customer. Most sales managers bring you in then pass you off to a sales person. Not Drew. He was as cordial on the phone as he was in person. He kept checking with me throughout the process. Although I missed seeing Michelle (day off) I have no doubt she would’ve been as personable as the rest of the folks. Now Adrienne Martinez was such a joy to talk with as she prepared my purchase package. It was as if I was talking to my own sister. We talked abut cars, movies, music, you name it. If I ever had anxiety purchasing cars it was not here with her; I was so relaxed. After the purchase she sat with me and helped set-up my On-Star, filled my tank, and even ensured I got my window sticker for safe keeping. And, another thing, she was multi-tasking as she trained Kat (sales trainee) … didn’t even skip a beat.Kat was definitely personable as well and with this team backing her I know she'll be a great addition to the New Bern Autogroup! Now the pressure begins … the F&I office! Scott (Toler) dispelled all of that nonsense. I informed him of what I wanted and he ensured I got just that and with zero pressure. Never had so much “fun” talking with someone happily taking my money (HA!). He ensured I was happy with what I got. Getting the paperwork done was easy and quick. He answered all my questions to my expectations ... left no stone unturned. Like the rest we just chatted about everyday life and family. This is how it is supposed to run. What a great experience buying a car. It definitely made the four-hour drive back home pleasant. If they had another vehicle I wanted I wouldn't have any issue being a repeat customer.Thank you New Bern Chevrolet you’ve got a winning team!v/rSteve

I recently purchased a 2019 Mustang convertible from Chevrolet of New Bern. Our sales Rep, Jeremy, was extremely helpful and worked hard to meet our needs in order to buy it. My husband and I were both very pleased with the whole process and won't hesitate to recommend them to others. Ask for Jeremy and he'll do his best for you!

As a first time car buyer, at 19, I was extremely nervous. Jeremy reassured me that he’d be with me every step of the way and I had nothing to worry about. I told Jeremy exactly what I was looking for in a car and that’s exactly what he provided. My first time car buying was a pleasant experience and if I had to recommend anyone who was looking for a car Jeremy would be my first choice.

Most unorganized parts department that I have ever dealt with.Update, Parts Manager called me personally to ask about the problem I had with the service. I appreciate the call. He seems to genuinely want to provide better service and maintain a good working relationship. A phone call goes a long way, I will order from them again

Service Dept is horrible! We have used them in the past and had a decent experience. However, this go around was pretty bad. We dropped the vehicle off with a specific complaint about the steering column. We received a call about a rotor being bad. While the rotor may have had a warp in it, it was not the issue we'd dropped it off for. The service dept was overly confident this would fix the issue, and refused to investigate further until we'd paid the roughly $500 for this diagnosis and repair. After responding I'd get back to them, note I did not authorize a repair, I got a call the next day telling me it had been fixed and would cost the roughly $500 quoted. I questioned this as I didn't authorize the repair that I didn't agree with. He stated he could just charge me twice the diag and he'd have to figure out how to get his tech paid.Picked up vehicle, asked to speak the manager, " I'm sorry their out of state at the moment." Ok.. let me talk to the person I've been dealing with. "Sorry he's on another desk and can't leave."Paid the Diag x2 bill and left with vehicle. Shocker, the problem is still present.Avoid this service/scam dept. Also, -1 star for the automated system to that texts you information rather than having people call you. Apparently there were changes to the management/staff earlier in 2023 that have yielded this result.edit: Manager did reach out after reading this review and refunded the fees paid, and expressed it would be used as a training opportunity.

I brought my car in to have recall work done. When I came to pick it up, not only was the work not completed - my back door handle was shattered into pieces . The cherry on top of this encounter? Luke Melton, sneering at me as he hands me an estimate for over $2880 in "needed repairs" including, my personal favorite, over $900 to replace JUST the front brakes. On a Spark.

I recently received a recall on my 2021 Chevy. I called to make a appointment to have it fixed. I arrived at 9am as scheduled. The lady at the front desk told me it would only take a hour and half to do. Two and half hours later not ONE PERSON came to me to tell me anything about my vehicle. They didn't even offer to take me any where or drop me off so I didn't have to wait any longer. I went to the front desk to speak to the manager and he told me two different lies in a complete sentence. I am furious. Still four hours later my car wasn't fixed and they all went to lunch. LUNCH WHILE MY TRUCK HAD TO BE PARKED ON THE SIDE. I still had to wait. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They literally should be ashamed of themselves.
