Was told my stuff was being thrown out because of a bug problem that wasn't there when I got there. When I attempted to get my stuff I was told that I NEEDED a truck or couldn't come get it. Mind you I'm in military so I can't just get up and leave. Then they called me saying they didn't know what I was talking about like I was lying. Honestly just go somewhere else.

Prime storage in Craven County NC has the best units you will find. They are clean, easy to access and have no restriction when you can enter your unit. They have various sizes to fit your needs. Customer service is excellent. If you need an extra closet, garage size, extra large unit or outdoor storage they have it. You can sleep well at night knowing your belongings are secure. I highly recommend Prime Storage. I would use them again when the need arises.
