“My home A/C evaporator fan motor quit working so I went to Banks to order me a new one. Fortunately, they had one in stock that fit my old unit. The staff was friendly and answered my questions without hesitation. It was almost as if we already knew each other. Very laid back and helpful. Will do business with them again if anything else goes wrong.”

“I love this place. You usually don't wait long to get helped. I hand them my watch, they figure out what battery it needs and replace it. I feel like the service used to be free but today it costs $7, still reasonable for me. I bought my battery tester there years ago and am still using it, I've only had to replace the battery once in the tester. I am an avid recycler and they take old batteries and light bulbs to recycle at no cost! Today I was looking for a battery for my grandson's toy truck. Shockingly, they don't carry it but the nice fellow explained to me exactly what I needed (a very obscure type I've never heard of). And showed me how to find it on Amazon. Now that's service! Always friendly and knowledgeable service.”

“I just got my Bose AWRCC1 back from Garris TV Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. It stopped loading and playing CDs a year or so ago, and I thought it was a lost cause. But Garris TV completely overhauled it and replaced the bad circuitry and modules with brand new parts.
It's as good as new, if not better!
