They were efficient and have excellent customer service. They worked with me which I really appreciated. The young man that came and picked me up from my house was very nice and professional. First time visiting and renting a vehicle. Very professional and courteous when dealing with customers' needs. Prices are competitive, vehicles are clean and in great serviced condition. I received a courtesy pickup and drop-off to my residence after returning the vehicle.

This has been the absolute worst experience I have EVER had dealing with a car rental company. My car was hit over a week ago. I had a rental for Monday. Called in Monday morning the moment they opened and was told they didn't have any rentals available and MIGHT have one by 2pm. I was working so did not have time to call and check NOR did I receive a call telling me a rental was a available. When I called the next morning, Tuesday, I was "told a rental would be ready by 2 the day before but I hung up" so they had nothing available and the earliest they'd have a car would be Thursday, a week after my accident. It's now Saturday and I'm still without a car. I've been told three times by Enterprise corporate that it had been escalated to regional or area manager. I haven't heard from any manager nor has this location called me at all.

On a rainy windy day, I didn't feel like having car trouble. But Miles and Jennifer at Enterprise Rent-a-Car treated me with so much respect and good humor that I forgot to have a bad day! The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. Great customer service!

Rented a car to go to a funeral in the mountains. Called the Enterprise number and set it up. She said she would email me details and information. Never received an email. She quoted me $250 something dollars. Went to the office that afternoon before I rented and spoke to a nice lady behind the desk. She told me I needed proof of income and a water bill I guess to prove where I lived. She quoted me approximately $305.... Later, when I came in to actually pick up the car I found out my last name was spelled wrong and after the correction they didn't need the paperwork... When I asked to verify the amount it had gone up to $420 and something.... So during the whole process the price went up about $200!!?? I complained about the differences and the gentleman wasn't sure why there was a difference.... He did "me a favor" and got the price down to $320ish... I know folks are out to make as much money as they possibly can... I'm a disabled veteran and on a limited income and don't care to haggle for a better price. The Nissan I rented was wonderful. Got great gas mileage. Even smelled new with 24,000 miles! I made sure and took care of the car when I had it, and even put premium gas in it while I had it. Returning it this morning was very simple and easy...
